Are you ready to elevate your plant-based cooking? Apply now to join our 4-Week Vegan Cooking Immersion beginning September 28. Spots are limited, and early applicants receive priority consideration, including scholarship opportunities.
This immersive online experience is designed for three types of changemakers:
• Home cooks ready to create nourishing, restaurant-quality meals for their families
• Wellness professionals—dietitians, health coaches, and practitioners—looking to integrate culinary education into their work
• Aspiring chefs stepping into the professional plant-based culinary world
Over four weeks, you’ll gain far more than recipes. You’ll develop essential techniques, expand your flavor intuition, and learn to craft balanced, crave-worthy dishes using whole, high-quality ingredients. We also cover oil-free and gluten-free cooking, menu planning, and creative recipe development.
What You’ll Experience
Imagine four immersive weeks exploring the art and science of plant-based cuisine, with 4 hours of live, interactive cooking each day (plus replays). The program is approved by the American Culinary Federation for 120 continuing education hours.
Module 1
Week 1: Palate & Global Foundations — Train your palate and master foundational recipes like soups, salads, and dressings.
Week 2: Handhelds, Tapas & Plant Proteins — Explore global flavors while elevating legumes, grains, and small plates.
Module 2
Week 3: Entrées, Breads & Desserts — Create satisfying mains, sauces, brunch dishes, and baked goods.
Week 4: Dairy-Free, Pasta & Raw Cuisine — Craft plant-based cheeses, fresh pasta, and vibrant raw dishes.
